GENERAL
The Beagle Chin is a designer breed mixed between a Beagle and Japanese Chin. They are lovable, playful, lively and energetic. They can get along well with other dogs and children but needs guidance as they can get aggressive when hurt. They love to bark, like when they play, want to have something or even when they feel like barking. They make a wonderful family dog.

COLOR
They commonly come in black with white patches.

COAT
The coat of this breed is short, straight and close-fitting.

PERSONALITY
The Beagle Chin is a lovely, small dog. They are intelligent, energetic, affectionate, happy, responsive and obedient. They love to please their owners, keep their owners company and entertain them. Training is recommended as early as puppyhood for better temperament and well-balanced dog breed. They make a great family dog and an excellent human companion.

CARE
They require moderate brushing and grooming maintenance as they are average shedders. Brushing them twice a day will help remove their excessive hairs. Bathe them when necessary to always keep them clean and to maintain proper hygiene.

TRAINING
They are intelligent and can be trained easily but needs a firm, fair and consistent trainer. Socialization and obedience training should be done as early as puppyhood or by the moment they got home.

ACTIVITY
They can perfectly fit in an apartment dwelling life. They are normally active indoors and are very energetic and playful.
