The Boxapoint dogs are hybrid dogs that are result of cross breeding of German Shorthaird Pointer and the Boxer purebreds. They are very good looking dogs with facial features and body of a Boxer and snout of a German Shorthaird Pointer. The nose is black and eyes are black and dark brown. They have long and flappy ears.
The Boxapoint dogs can be in white coat with fawn markings and black spots or black or brown with white patch on chest.
Their coat is short, smooth and shiny.
They are very beautiful dogs, inheriting best looking features of their parent breeds. They are very loving, gentle and sweet dogs who love to follow their family wherever they go. These dogs are very family oriented and do not like to be left alone for longer periods of time. They are very good with children and other pets and dogs in the family. They make a great companions and family dogs.
These dogs are heavy shedders during fall and spring seasons otherwise they require normal brushing. Their coat is easy to maintain.
