BREED DETAILS

GENERAL
Corgi Cattke Dog is a mix between the Australian Cattle Dog and the Pembroke Welsh Corgi purebreds. They are called hybrid dogs. Their general characteristics and personality can be predicted by studying their parent breeds. These dogs are intelligent, loyal, social, alert and responsive. They need some space to play but can fit in apartment life if sufficient exercise and play opportunities are provided. They can be good family pets.

COLOR
Common colouring for these dogs are blue and red and any mix of these colours.

COAT
They have a dense and fine coat.

PERSONALITY
These dogs are good family pets. They are alert and can make a very good watchdog. They get along well with children in the family. These dogs require moderate to excessive exercise routines due to their parent breeds working nature. A daily long walk and regular playing sessions should take care of their exercise needs.

CARE
Their coat does not require extra maintenance. They are low shedders. Regular brushing is enough for these dogs.

TRAINING
They are intelligent dogs who learn easily. Some dogs may show some stubborn behavior but firm and consistent training should take care of this behavior.

ACTIVITY
They require more than moderate exercise routines. Ideally, a fenced yard is good for these dogs but they can equally fit in city life provided they are given ample exercise and playing opportunities.
