GENERAL
The English Toy Cocker Spaniel is a mixed breed between Cocker Spaniel and English Toy Spaniel. They are commonly distinguished with their long, wavy hair with a floppy ears and a short muzzle, which is also common in both parents. These breeds are fun-loving, charming and always wants to please their owners which makes them best as a wonderful family dog.

COLOR
They come mostly in varieties of different colors. They are common in black and tan with shades of red and white patches.

COAT
The coat of these breed is long, silky, glossy, straight or can be slightly wavy. Some of these breeds are trimmed regularly to keep their coat medium in length.

PERSONALITY
The English Toy Cocker Spaniel is affectionate, loving, devoted and loyal. They will need much attention when it comes to dealing with children as they can get aggressive at times, especially if not trained well, however they do great with dealing with other pets raised with them. They are extremely intelligent and are very easy to train.

CARE
This breed is a minimal shedder but are prone to suffer from dry skin and dander. Most owners prefer to condition their skin regularly to keep them healthy. Bathing should be done when necessary. Use hypoallergenic or mild soap to refrain possible skin irritations and allergies.

TRAINING
Too abrasive and harsh training is not good for them. They are highly intelligent and are extremely easy to train. A firm, fair, consistent training is best for them. Early socialization and obedience training with positive reinforcement is advised for better result in training.

ACTIVITY
They require a weekly brushing and at least 2-3 leash walks a day.They perfectly suit in an apartment dwelling life. Their playful routines are enough to burn out their energies and tire them out.
