Scotchon are cross breeds between Scottish Terrier and Bichon Frise. They are smart, affectionate, friendly and make a good family dog. They love people and are sweet, adorable and charming with the family.
Scotchons come in black with combinations of brown to tan and cream. Some have white marking on their body, head and ears.
They have medium to long, straight, wired-coat.
Scotchons are well-behaved, loveable, and energetic dogs. They sometimes acts quite aggressive with other dogs, maybe because of their size, but calms down in a few minutes and establishes a good relationship with them. They loves to bark at everything and always loves to be with the family.
Scotchons sheds low to none. Brushing and grooming are needed to prevent tangles and matting. Bathing should be done when necessary.
Scotchons are intelligent dogs. They are highly trainable. Nevertheless, they will still need proper guidance, a firm hand with consistency and lots of patience. It would be good for these breeds to start socialization and training at a young age.
Scotchons are energetic dogs. They need regular brisk walks and running on a safe free-space as their exercise. These small dogs would not require a large room to live, they can be perfect with an apartment, however they would love a large yard to roam around and would serve as a bonus for them.
