This temperament of Canadian Eskimo Dog reflects the tough, hard working breed that he is The dog is bred and used as a working dog and is not meant to become a family pet The dog is affectionate and gentle with average individual He likes attention and is not wary or standoffish of strangers Infact, the dog may befriend or become completely distant It is a dominant breed that needs a firm and confident owner

 

The dog is very pack oriented and if raised as a group, dominant and subordinate roles will be acted out under the leadership of a totally dominant or boss dog  

 

This dog is not suitable for families with children

CANADIAN INUIT DOG

CORGIDOR

They should make good family pets as they are social, loyal and cheerful They may want to spend more time with their family rather than alone They should be good with children and compatible with other pets in the family although early socialization may be required Being alert, they should be able to caution the family if they sense anything unusual around them All in all, they should make good family pets  

DALMADOR

The Dalmador dogs are very loving and affectionate dogs They are very active, loyal, intelligent and cheerful dogs They are good with all family members but they are specially gentle and even-tempered with children They get along well with other pets They are alert and active dogs and would caution owners of anything unusual  The Dalmador dogs make great family pets and companion dogs  

LAB'AIRE

Lab’Aires love play and are fairly energetic animals when given their head They are trusting and curious, and are great eaters They can react in alarm to unseen disturbances by barking, but are not generally noise When paired with suitably exposed and instructed children, they can provide boundless energy and protective companionship, making them ideal family animals They can be fearless, but are not aggressive by nature

LABERNARD

The Labernard is a big, gentle dog that is usually inactive indoors, but will also need activity and a big open space Patience with children and a stable temperament, plus alarm barking at strangers or unusual noises, makes this a great family and watch dog Their friendly nature includes living with other animals, but their size sometimes precludes other big dogs inside the house

Socialization at a young age is best, to ensure aggression and territoriality  do not become problems later on

The two parent breeds have noted appetites, so several small meals in a day are ideal rather than one or two large meals

LABERNESE

The Labernese gets a stable temperament from its parent breeds, although it may need constant socialization and exposure during puppyhood to head off timidity and shyness Otherwise, it is very comfortable with other dogs and animals, and is very gentle and tolerant with children

Their intelligence makes them easy to train, and very strict commands or a heavy hand is unnecessary They respond well to verbal praise and treats

Puppy-like energy is typical even well beyond puppyhood; regular activity is suggested to expend excess energy

This breed enjoys being with their people, and may not take well to being left alone for long periods of time

LABRADOR RETRIEVER

The highly intelligent Labrador Retriever is a loyal, affectionate, patient and high-spirited dog They are good-natured, outgoing, and possess an extremely sociable temperament, they love everyone

 

They are kind to children and friendly to other dogs and animals They may be aloof with strangers and make good watchdogs, but not guard dogs

 

The Labrador Retriever need human attention and to feel they are part of the family Known as docile and reliable, these active dogs have even been put to work as service dogs for the handicapped person and numerous guide dogs for the blind in the world are Labrador Retrievers
