The Bostinese dogs are a mix between the Boston Terrier and the Pekingese purebreds. They are small to medium size dogs. They can have short or long coat which can be of one of many colours. The coat can be wavy or smooth.
They can be found in a variety of colours. Most common colours are black and white and brown and white.
Their coat can be short or long and wavy or smooth to touch.
These Bostinese dogs differ from dog to dog in their personality. If they inherit more from the Boston Terrier, they will make a very good family dog. On the other hand, if Pekingese personality traits are more dominant, they will not be suitable for families with small children and other pets. On the whole, they are very agile and alert dogs. They are independent type of dogs. They may show some stubbornness towards housebreaking but should be dealt with firm and consistent training.
Brushing the coat every day will keep their coat clean and shiny.
They are intelligent dogs and can can be trained without much difficulty.
These dogs require moderate level of exercise. Regular walk and play sessions are enough to keep these dogs happy.
