The Cavestie dogs are hybrid dogs that are a mix of a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and a West Highland White Terrier purebreds. These dogs are small in size. They are very good pet dogs due to their non-destructive, loving and loyal nature. They are not a problem for first time dog owners as well.
The Cavastie dogs are available in many colours. Most common colours for these dogs are white, black, black with white patches, light brown, dark brown and golden.
The coat of this breed is thick, silky, smooth to touch and double layered.
These hybrids are very loving and loyal dogs. They love to be around their family and make great companion dogs. They only bark either to alert of something unusual or to get attention. They like to be loved. The Cavastie dogs are very good with children and they become very good playmates with them. They are equally good with other dogs and pets in the family. They are very intelligent dogs and can learn to follow the instructions very quickly. They are a great choice as family pets.
This breed will need frequent brushing of coat to maintain its good looking appearance. Grooming is also needed to remove excessive hairs and refrain matting. Bath only when necessary.
They are intelligent dogs and do not require hard training. They are quick learners and will learn easily.
Though they are indoor pets, they do need exercise and regular walks to keep them happy.
