The Soft Coated Woxer, often referred to as Woxer, is a lovable, affectionate, smart and fun-loving breed. This breed is medium-sized which mostly favors the build of a Boxer with a Wheaten coat.
Soft Coated Woxers, like their Wheaten parent, comes in wheat/blonde coloring.
Soft Coated Woxers have a coat like their Wheaten parent. They have a thick, wavy, and fluffy coat to keep them warm in cold climates.
Soft Coated Woxers may be averagely aggressive at times but rarely. They are friendly to people and children. They are mostly loyal to their owners. They usually don't want to be left alone for long hours, some may even develop separation anxiety problems.
The Soft Coated Woxer sheds low to none. They may require frequent brushing though to keep their coat looking good. Trimming is also necessary for this breed because they grow their fur very fast. It would also be good for their hygiene to bath them when necessary.
Soft Coated Woxers are smart and easy to train dogs. They will need a firm, consistent, and repetitive methods to be able to grasp and understand the concept of the training.
The Soft Coated Woxer is a playful and energetic breed which does not need much of exercise. However, giving them access to outdoor activities would be good for them. They would love to be given the chance to run and explore on parks.
