The Lha-Basset is a mix between a purebred Lhasa Apso and a purebred Basset Hound. They are called hybrids due to their origination from two different pure breeds.
These hybrids are small in size with a maximum height of 15 inches and can weigh anywhere between 18 to 50 pounds. They are loyal and social dogs with a sense of scent which comes from Basset side. These dogs are loyal and social and create a strong bond with their owner and family. They are brave and selfless dogs and are eager to please their owner.
They are very good family pets to have.
