Alaskan Klee Kai

The Alaskan Klee Kai is similar in appearance to an Alaskan Husky as these dogs were primarily developed to create a smaller version of the Alaskan Husky dogs although it physically resembles with Siberian Husky. This breed has a wedge-shaped head with striking masked face. The ears are pricked, the body length is slightly longer than its height. This dog is available in three sizes that are toy (up to 13 cm), miniature (up to 15 inches) and standard (up to 17 inches).

The Alaskan Klee Kai is loving, highly intelligent and curious dog just like its larger version, the Alaskan Husky. They are very friendly and docile with their family but reserve and wary around unknown people. This breed needs a confident and experienced owner to handle it well.

The Alaskan Klee Kai dog is NOT recognized by AKC, however UKC recognizes this dog as separate breed.
